AUAF is proud to share that we successfully organized our first International Children’s Day event for children with special needs in Cherkasy, Ukraine.
The event was held on May 16 at Cherkasy Arena Stadium for more than 50 children from the “Vid Sertsya Do Sertsya” organization.
The children enjoyed a special day filled with sports activities, games, entertainment, food, sweets, juices, and refreshments.
One of the highlights of the day was the obstacle course, which brought excitement, laughter, and joy to the children.
Every child was celebrated as a winner and received a medal, a backpack filled with gifts and essential items during a special recognition ceremony.
During these difficult times caused by the war in Ukraine, this event gave the children a chance to enjoy a carefree and uplifting day. Their smiles reminded us why this mission is so important.
We are grateful to our donors and dedicated local teams; because of their generosity and time, we were able to bring hope, happiness, and meaningful moments to children in need.
